The Brewing Development Trainee position is now open for applications at Polokwane Brewery. This is a full-time position and forms part of a 24-month structured technical training program aimed at graduates looking to develop their skills and gain experience in the brewing industry.
Key Purpose of the Role:
The Brewing Development Trainee program is designed to:
- Develop technical and leadership skills for managing the beer-making process.
- Provide experience and exposure to the company culture and principles.
- Prepare individuals to take on responsibility in the brewing process after the completion of the program.

As a Brewing Development Trainee, you will be expected to:

Minimum Requirements:
To apply for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Matric Certificate or National Senior Certificate (NSC).
- Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent BTech.
