The Dangote Cement Graduate Development Program is a three-year fixed-term contract aimed at developing graduates into future leaders and technical experts within the cement industry. This exciting program provides you with:

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this Graduate Development Program, you must meet the following requirements:
- Degree: A BSc or BEng degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Work Experience: No more than 18 months of relevant work experience.
- Nationality: South African citizen.
- Location: Preference will be given to candidates residing in the North West Province.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Lichtenburg for the duration of the program.
- Interest in Cement Industry: Eagerness to learn and grow within the cement sector.
