• Chemical Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Electronic Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Property Valuer
• Quantity Surveying

Bursary Benefits

The bursary will cover the following expenses:

• Tuition fees
• Accommodation
• Examination fees
• Book allowance
• A once-off computer allowance in the second year of study (subject to compliance with the agreement)

Eligibility Criteria

To apply, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• South African citizen
• Have completed Matric
• Strong academic record
• Be studying or intend to study full-time towards an undergraduate qualification in one of the listed fields in 2025
• Be accepted or studying at a recognized and accredited South African public tertiary institution
• Preference for those who have passed at least the first year of study
• Students with disabilities are encouraged to apply
• Preference for underrepresented candidates (based on race, gender, and disability)

Selection Process

• Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an assessment as part of the selection process.
• If you haven’t received feedback within 3 months of the application deadline, consider your application unsuccessful.
