The Siyanda Resources Bursary is aimed at South African students studying full-time towards an undergraduate qualification in one of the following fields:

• Commerce
• Geology
• Mechanical Engineering
• Metallurgical Engineering
• Mining Engineering
• Rock Engineering (Geophysics or Geoscience)

Bursary Coverage:

The bursary will cover the following expenses:

• Registration fees
• Tuition fees
• Textbooks and learning materials
• Accommodation
• Equipment as prescribed by the institution

Eligibility Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the bursary:

1. South African Citizen
2. Completed Matric
3. Full-time undergraduate study in one of the listed fields
4. Accepted or registered at an accredited South African university
5. Entering 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or final year of study
6. Strong academic record
   • Minimum overall average of 60% (Matric or tertiary results)
7. Financial need
8. Preference for candidates from previously disadvantaged backgrounds
