The First Work Experience Pay Programme is a great opportunity for matriculants from 2023 and 2024 who are looking to gain practical work experience and training in various Western Cape Government departments. The programme runs from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026, offering hands-on experience, skills development, and a stipend to cover living expenses.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Matriculated in 2023 or 2024 and passed your final exams.
- No further study plans in 2025.
- No prior work experience or post-matric study.
- South African citizen residing in the Western Cape.
- Age between 17 and 24.
